Drive out to the end of Gweishan Road 桂山路, starting behind the Taiwan Power Guishan Power Plant Employee Center 台灣電力股份有限公司桂山發電廠職工福利社 (where the ice cream shop is), up though Sikanshui 四坎水 then hiking out with Joshua, Stephanie, Kanie and Weiwei on a sunny Chinese New Year's holiday afternoon along the upper southern edge of the FeiTsui Reservoir 翡翠水庫.
