| Bryan, Wendy and Bruce leave early on a 12-hour hike to Lingshi.
It drizzled for an hour before dawn, but there is much less snow on the mountains
than there was yesterday so hopefully they should find clear passes to Laya.
After their walk up to Tshophu lake (4600m) and the night's reflection, Michael and
Marina have decided to join Tammy and Philip in going back down. Supplies
and staff are split up for two treks. Dodo, Tika and three horsemen will go down with us.
Horses had to be arranged as we had already arranged to switch to yaks. |
