Saturday train down to Taichung. 110 k round trip ride up the 大雪山林道 to about 2300m at the 43k mark where the road is closed for repairs with Guga. Weather was overcast in Taichung and wet below the cloud ceiling at about 1000 m, but sunny and about 5 C above with beautiful Fall colors and great vistas.
