October 27 - Royal National Coastal Park
Up at 6:30 AM, we walk to George Street to take a train south around Botany Bay to Cronulla at the terminus of the blue line.
From Cronulla we take the ferry across Port Hacking to Bundeena.
In Bundeena we walk through the residential neighborhood to the entrance of the Royal National Park, gazetted as the world's oldest park. It's 3.5 km to Big Marley on the Coastal Walk.
Excellent picnic lunch under coastal sandstone cliffs and thundering surf at Big Marley A Dharawal Place.
On the walk back we got separated into two groups, but manage to catch the 6 PM ferry back to Cronulla where we eat dinner.
